Where do I find the Manufacturer,Model & Year of the home? The HUD data plate is normally affixed inside the home on or near the main electrical breaker box. It is printed on paper or foil stock either letter or legal size. This document verifies the Manufacturer, Year Manufactured, Model, Serial number, FUD code label and HUD construction zone. |

| Disclaimer: The home value report is based on the information that you provide and is constructed with data from multiple sources. The home valuation should be used as a guideline only and does not consider any improvements to the home. It should not be considered or represented as a manufactured home appraisal or as a manufacturd home book value. An home appraisal is the only exacting method of true value. It is important to note that if the manufactured home is attached to land and/or acreage by way of deed, title or mortgage and the manufactured home is not going to be moved, a mobile and/or manufactured book out value will only represent the mobile home value, not the land. Only a full appraisal will determine the mobile home and land combination value. This is also true with homes in mobile parks & communities where extra value may be present in the location and/or community. |
